In addition, the participants acquire knowledge of support in everyday design, the activation and employment of people in need of care, especially people suffering from dementia, as well as in the promotion of social contacts and resources. A special focus is on a respectful and appreciative approach and to strengthen the independence of the people being cared for.<\/p>\n

In addition, social-pedagogical support offers as well as career-oriented and advisory elements are integrated into the measure. These serve to stabilize the learning process, individual support, develop realistic professional perspectives and strengthen personal initiative and employability.<\/p>\n
